I used this company a few years back and have to say were really good to deal with I am thinking about changing my car and thinking about using them again as I a looking for a certain type of car which I have found on thier site at a reasonable price

This is what they reported my review on trust pilot for lol and every time I put it back on trust pilot it gets removed within 24hrs!!!!!!! Review of Lease2Buy Lease2Buy reported this review 07.22.2016 11:04 for violating Trustpilot guidelines. Lease2buy are trying to hide my review on trustpilot and keep reporting it so it's not seen, Every review that they don't like they report them! That's why you don't see any negative reviews on trustpilot... Disgusting practice! Lease2buy pay trustpilot to collect reviews so when a negative review is left lease2buy just get them to delete it. Trustpilot have just deleted my review as i could not supply a email with an order number! I showed them bank statements with lease2buy taking monthly repayments out my bank... That was not enough proof for them and still deleted my review as i did not have proof i bought a car from them. If your buying a car from them get a order number by email from lease2buy or you'll not be allowed to leave a negative review on trustpilot... Do they ask people who leave positive reviews for proof they bought the car, No they don't!!!! Trustpilot are asking me for a email with an order number from lease2buy something that was never sent to me, (i have now sold the car) Has anyone every had this from lease2buy? doubt it, I have a week to supply such rubbish or they're going to delete my review, This is why you never see 1 star on their reviews as lease2buy are there customer so lease2buy control the reviews......... Please check the car over before signing any contract! Just finishing paying for my car after i had to pay 400 on top of my final payment? Been robbed again from them! If the car it written of during my ownership then all the money i've paid towards the car just gets deleted and you have to start from scratch again with a new car, while they keep the money from the insurance payoff, so just be aware of this before signing the contract, Had to spend 600 on the car once i received as the brakes were warped along with other things, This car had been a disability car that had not been looked after.. the roof had severe nicotine stains on the roof lining and nicotine had stained all the plastics inside, The car smelt like a ash tray for months after i collected it, Had it valeted 3 times in the first two weeks but still stank of an ashtray. The back boot and back bumper had big scratches from where the careless owner before had been putting the wheelchair in and out of the car, The seat had cigarettes burns in them and all 4 tyres were on the limit and the tyre for the qashqai is 250 a corner so had to spend 1000 on tyres, told the car had full service history only to find out it hadn't when i received the service book once i paid for the car, The list goes on and on... Everything was a hassle when i phoned the office like trying to get the reference number of the log book so i could go online and tax the car, Staff were very rude and not helpful, They also tried to keep my refund for the tax for the car once it was in my name, I Had to phone 6 weeks later and they would only send me a cheque instead of doing it digitally, When the cheque arrived bearing in mind I had been paying for this car for two and a half years they put the wrong forname on it purposely, they wouldn't have got my name wrong if they had been wanting any sort of payment! So I phoned them up and they said i'd need to return the cheque in person for them to write me a new one, not by returning it via post! My bank accepted the cheque as it was under 100 luckily as they had put my middle name instead of forname! When you call them for any reason everything seems too much of a hassle and unwilling to help, it is as tho you are inconveniencing them, their customer service really needs a look at! BEWARE OF THESE COWBOYS AT ALL COSTS!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! *COWBOYS* *COWBOYS* *COWBOYS* *COWBOYS* *COWBOYS* ***THEY HAVE OFFERED ME 200 TO REMOVE MY REVIEW***

I bought a Subaru from Lease2Buy 3 years ago.. Engine blew up within a year. After speaking to them over the phone I explained the situation that I couldn't afford a new engine & keep up with my payments. They said they would call back in the next few weeks with a solution but they never did. In the end. They came & recovered the car & went behind my back through the courts & I have a wage arrest on my wages. I've only recently found out the car I owned is being used by someone else. However, I was still liable to pay the full amount. I'm sure if the car was sold at auction. It should've been deducted from my outstanding balance which wasn't the case. I'm also sure that when the debt is cleared. I should legally own that car because I've paid the amount in full? Hmmmmm. I'll see how this plans out in the near future. As for your reply.. That's also not true. I had the car recently serviced prior to the engine issues. But whatever you say must be true.. 450 as salvage is ridiculous! Absolute conned. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
