        Sales team were nice but I was put off by spraypainted carpets and no mats. Lazy detailing.

        This is the first time I've bought a car from Arnold Clark, despite having bought many cars over many years of driving. I can confidently say they will be my first choice from now on. The sales team were friendly and helpful, with absolutely no hard sell and no underhand attempt to up-sell. I was informed of all the extras that I might like to consider, but without the salesmanship that I have experienced previously from other dealers.

        I was served by Ben at the MG Arnold Clark in East Kilbride who helped me buy a car while answering all of my questions and resolving any concerns I had. After the sale he kept in touch to ensure I was happy with the car, while answering the not so few questions I had about the new EV. He also gave me lots of advice on where / how to charge my new EV in the local area. Will definitely go back to this store / Ben for future cars. Thanks Ben!
