AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The most dishonest car seller we have ever dealt with!!! We bought a car from this garage on Friday afternoon. Alan's wife Suzanne was the person who sold us the car and told that of course it was covered for the few months if any existing issue would arise. We drove the car home for about 17 miles and noticed bad unusual vibration while driving. Since the last service on the car had been done over 10K miles ago and we noticed the vibration, we booked the first available time slot in the local VAT registered garage to have the car fully checked, this was the following Monday and they found 8 BAD FAULTS after the diagnostics. We contacted the seller straight away to request a return as it would cost a fortune to fix everything. As soon as Suzanne realized that we were not happy and wanted to return the car, she refused to talk and gave the phone to Alan. ALAN WAS VERY RUDE AND ABUSIVE, despite the fact that he is younger than my partner, he was very disrespectful, shouted all the time and reprimanded my partner over the phone for taking the car to the garage for check and doing the service. He refused to fix the issues and to take the car back. AVOID THESE PEOPLE! SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND MENTAL HEALTH AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! The fact that you do not remember everyone you and your partner lied to does not mean that we are not your real customers. Unfortunately we are. I wish there had already been some honest reviews about your business at the time we purchased the car. Hopefully our experience will help some other naive people to avoid this business. And you know, what is really sad is that you took time out of your day to reply with a cheeky comment to our honest review and added two positive reviews straight after that to justify your rubbish business. This really tells what kind of person you are and how you deal with unhappy customers, and where all the positive feedback comes from.
