        Staff are always very pleasant and helpful. We just had coffees and scones this time, great scones and coffee just as we like it. Any time we have had lunch we enjoyed our food, sometimes short staffed like lots of places just now.

        Poor Service. Tables not cleared and piled high with uneaten food, plates, mugs and trays. Drinks loyalty card only for coffee. not tea. despite them being similar in cost. made no sense.
