Hi sorry about the way I left the disabled toilet today. Had sickness and diarrhea all day and there was no toilet brush either. Spong and hot water will get the stain off the wall! Said to the young guy cleaning about it and he was great. Brilliant shop brilliant staff

I very much doubt I'll be back. 2 people, we each had a chicken burger, lattice fries, and a coffee. Although the (small) burger was tasty, the lattice fries were cold (and the carton was only half full). No option for lactose free milk with the coffee - in this day and age, that's unacceptable. Complained about the fries and was given a strange look, before they were exchanged for another carton which were only slightly warmer than cold... We were charged the princely sum of 16!! Total rip off. The tables clearly weren't being cleaned regularly, and the bins weren't being emptied regularly, either. I've been in a Tim Hortons previously (different location) and thought it was pricey, but had enjoyed the quality of the food last time. I'm afraid I won't be returning.
