        Just been in this morning. Never have any issues with this branch. Staff are always friendly and efficient. We had to pay a cheque in urgently, so we were pleased the branch was open this weekend. Keep up the good work!!

        I'm very surprised that a previous customer gave negative comments about this branch as I have always found staff extremely helpful, compassionate and understanding as well as having a great sense of humour. Keep up the good work lassies & lads.

        Another customer was very rude and raised her voice to me at the entrance of the branch. The Manager came over to and without consulting a fellow staff member who witnessed the whole incident supported the rude woman. When he tried to explain his action all I got was a lot of waffling and repeating like a broken record. Dont bother going I won't unless I have no other option.
