        I have received 2 lots of the delicious cup cakes. Both arrived beautifully presented in sturdy gift boxes which make a nice keepsake . I would definitely recommend. wordered

        Giving 2 stars because they messed up in delivery. Ordered cupcakes as a birthday present for a friend. While placing an order, I had mentioned delivery date as 28 Nov as my friend was available only on 28 Nov. But delivery was made on 26 Nov which I never asked for a reason.

        Loved them and for the first time in a long time I taste cupcakes which are not sickly sweet. Delicious!

        Ordered cupcakes and a balloon for mother's day. When parcel arrived, there was one cupcake in the box and that's all - no balloon no nothing. I kept chasing this issue up with the company who kept delaying the investigation. I sent all photos as requested. After 4 1/2 weeks they decided to get back to me and insinuate I was lying - sorry but didn't know you followed the whole parcel during the journey and saw everything!! The delivery company lied that they spoke to me and I apparently said that I had received everything - which is a pure lie and anything for either of them to get out of refunding my money! So not only did it ruin my Mother's surprise on the special day but they are refusing to give me a refund. They want to send a replacement out but the dummies do not realise that Mother's Day has NOW GONE!!!! Strongly advise not to order from here as they are a small company who diddle people out of their money!
