Colin dealt with a late completion certificate for some previous building work in my house. He dealt with all the necessary submissions and three months later all sorted with minimum fuss. Definitely recommend.

He guided us through the whole process - from an initial chat, right through to getting the Completion Certificates issued. Thoroughly recommended!

First time doing any type of home improvements. Contacted Colin who came out and talked us through the process and requirements. Prepared the plans promptly and was available to answer my many questions without complaint. Dealt with the council on our behalf and all permissions and paperwork sorted without no hassle at all. He also recommended a structural engineer and this was incorporated into the whole process seamlessly. Colin is a cracking guy to work with and would definitely use him in the future for any further home improvements.

Used Colin (The Home Architect) to apply for a late Building Warrant as we were planning on selling our house. Speed was of the essence and Colin went out of his way to turn the drawings around very quickly. Drawings submitted and absolutely no issues - Building Warrant issued without any problems. I would highly recommend The Home Architect and would not hesitate to use them again.
