Distinctive Stained Glass

We've now worked with Brian on two projects and we could not be more delighted with both. His professionalism in keeping us up to date and prompt responses is great. However it is his enthusiasm and talent that make him such a joy to work with! The skill involved in the art he produces is just incredible. Cannot recommend highly enough. He produced the stained glass window shown below from scratch but also carried out repairs to an original piece in our tenament.

Where to start with this lovely company? Well, firstly as other reviews have commented Brian from Distinctive Stained Glass is truly a joy to deal with, professional, hugely personable and friendly. He puts you at your ease the moment you meet him, he takes the time to discuss the options with the commission and keeps you well informed of progress, nothing is too much trouble for him. Brian made some repairs and restorations to a vintage damaged stained glass piece I brought in. He is very knowledgeable and was able to instantly recognise the different types of the glass of the piece I had brought in for repair. The quality of Brian's workmanship was first class; he did a really outstanding job, bringing the piece back to life. I couldn't have wished for a better job and am delighted with the finished work. He was even able to recommend a craftsman for the joinery work which was needed for the final stage of the project. During the work I had the opportunity to visit his workshop and look at some of the stained glass commissions he was working on, they were stunning. One only has to look at the calibre of organisations Distinctive Stained Glass is producing work for to realise the high regard in which his craftsmanship and the company are held. Large or small it seems the same care and attention is given to every commission. I can thoroughly recommend Distinctive Stained Glass, I hope to be back and commission a new piece from Distinctive Stained Glass. Local companies like this which give old fashioned quality service and outstanding workmanship at very reasonable prices are to be cherished.

Brian created and delivered an exceptional set of stained-glass windows to fit an external door frame. The quality is fantastic, and Brian communicated with us throughout the entire build process to ensure 100% satisfaction. His passion for stained glass extends to even the smallest detail and this is reflected in a superb product and experience.

Brian did an wonderful job matching and replacing the broken glass and cleaning and reseating the two side panels. The front door looks wonderful; I am really pleased. I was kept informed of progress throughout with images of the work being done. His work and and treatment of his customers are without fault and I would not hesitate to recommend Distinctive Stained Glass to anybody
