Disappointedly, I do not share the same experience as previous reviewers/ customers. Firstly, I know Zahid as our local shop owner and always very pleasant and helpful in the shop. As a person who likes to keep business local when possible I gave Gason the opportunity to quote me for my heating system. Zahid was very prompt when called out to look at my heating system and did diagnose the problem. Surprisingly, Zahid seemed more interested in my personal life e.g my marriage, did I live alone and local gossip. I found this very unnerving, inappropriate and unprofessional. Needless to say, he was asked to leave my property and not given the chance to quote me for the new heating system.

Our gas boiler faulted on a Tuesday evening and Muhammad was able to come first thing on Wednesday morning to assess it. He identified the required parts but recommended replacement given the age of the boiler (20 years) and due to the specific parts that had failed. I asked him to replace it and Muhammad and Zahid were able to remove the old boiler and replace it on the Thursday which was very much appreciated as my wife was due to give birth any day and we couldn't be without it. They provided a very professional and friendly service, I would definitely recommended them. Services: Heating system installation, Thermostat installation

Mohammed is an excellent gas repair guy. This is the second time over years we have used his company and would highly recommend him to everyone. Turns up on time, no messing around, no humming and hawing. Gets on with the job in hand and gets it done in jig time. Very competitively price. Doesn't RIP you off.
