Called them to fully renovate a bathroom and to fix damages caused by a burst water pipe (floor replacement, wall paintings, fixing doors' frames). Luca and Andrea have been very reliable and precise in the execution of the works. A big thank you to Luca for the creative solutions to overcome the various challenges posed by my old, crooked walls and the cleanliness during the works. The work has definitely met the expectations and it sticked to the quote.

Luca refurbished my kitchen from A to Z. He is very professional, we agreed a quote and the job and he stuck to it. He is reliable, on time everyday for the time agreed, and expert, gave me lots of advice and really helped make the most of my little kitchen. I am really satisfied with the result and would reccommend him as a joiner/decorator.

Luca did a fantastic job at our flat, re-tiling our bathroom, changing our sink and kitchen tap, and, most importantly, building a lovely room for us to have a walk-in wardrobe. He is an all-rounded tradesman, professional, honest and with attention to details. I can only recommend Luca, we finally found someone we can really trust, something very important in this line of work. Absolutely five stars!!!

NOTE: This review is not about the quality of an IPD renovation job. Contacted IPD last August for a plastering job in my flat. They came to check out the flat and were super helpful, discussing different options and providing suggestions. I was told that the waiting would have been a bit long, probably about 6 months, but I was ok waiting for that as long as the job was carried out in late winter/early spring. Unfortunately, interaction from that point have been non-exactly ideal: I had to chase them up a few times for getting the quote for the job, and then ping them again a few times to have some news about when they would have been available to do the job. In late March, after having messaged them again, they told me that unfortunately they werent able anymore to carry out the job. Big waste of time and now I need to find someone else to carry out the job and I have to delay other jobs that I had already planned. Quite disappointed with the lack of professionalism on their end. EDIT in light of IPD answer. I am sure that there was a valid reason for deciding not carrying out a job, and I appreciate the part of not wanting to carry out a job with sub-optimal standards: this is surely the best approach and I guess it's the reason why IPD has only had positive reviews so far. However, my review is about the lack of communication on IPD side. I had to chase IPD for news about this job many times (never a word on their end unless I messaged them): firstly a few times regarding the quotes, then on the first week of January (when I have been told that there were some delays), ultimately at the end of March only to find out that they weren't able to do the job. I would have appreciated better communication on their side, in particular when they found out they weren't able to carry out the job, so that I could have looked for an alternative ASAP instead of keep waiting for something that wasn't going to happen. In any case I edited the beginning of my review clearly saying that the negative review is not about the quality of IPD work as that would be unfair.
