        The staff are friendly enough, but always feels like I am forced/upsold to private treatment rather than NHS treatments. The website says "If you wish to have some private treatment then we will provide you with a written estimate beforehand to detail the charges", however every single time I've walked out paying more than I was expecting as additional charges somehow found their way onto my bill. Nothing feels worse than for-profit healthcare, hate it when money is put ahead of patient comfort.
