        Staff are rude and dismissive. Saying how much better and how they make much more money than the bottom Scotmid. I tell you that the staff in the bottom Scotmid are so much nicer and much more helpful.

        Messy, rude, unorganised, shambles. Health code violations! "Fresh", open, bakery food left on the GROUND whilst staff sweep the floor right next to it! Photo included. Disgusting and unsanitary! Somehow the place is constantly being restocked everyday with huge metal crates blocking isles and empty cardboard boxes everywhere, yet half the stuff is out of stock. Fruit and veg section is utterly depressing, coffee machine gives luke warm coffee at best. Some (not all) of the staff are always grumpy and taking it out on customers. All this yet its the most expensive food shop in the area. I'll be shopping at the cleaner, friendlier and cheaper Tesco Express down the road in future.
