A single track suspension bridge that helps bridge the banks into the country park. Solid construction but has a fair bit of bounce to it so may take a while to cross especially with kids. Easily missed so you may have to follow the river below the playpark to get to it but as with most of the bridges in the area worth a photo and look.

An interesting suspension bridge over the River Almond, erected in the 1970's as a temporary crossing in replacement of the Nasmyth Bridge, after its collapse. Provides kovely riverscape views both up and down stream. This "bouncy" bridge is also a popular hit with the kids, albeit perhaps not quite as much with the parents !
