The Grapes

We stopped off here on our family cycle through the country park. Got a great seat by the fire for some drinks and starters. Food was great and tasty. We have been other times for family meals and staff have always given great service. For better sunny days they have a great outside area for drinks/dining, but on the day we were there a fire was needed.

Really lovely Sunday roast in this pub, refurbished a couple years ago. The food menu is lovely and the cocktails even better if you get a chance to go without the car. It's dog friendly which is amazing and the staff will bring water for your dog and give them a fuss! Really nice place

After a walk in the nearby Almondell country park we went in for some lunch without a booking but they managed to find us a table even though they were getting busy. Food was good and the coffee was excellent. Staff were pleasant and service was good. Will definitely be back again Recommended

A place that's friendly, clean, with quality food and it has all the local Scottish charm. Dogs are welcomed as well, which is a nice thing.
