Netherbyres House

A retrospective post as we had our wedding here in October and I thought Id already reviewed! Brilliant, cosy and personalised from start to finish. Venue itself is absolutely spellbinding and finished to a high standard. Rooms are spacious and gorgeously quirky. Mike & Sarah were extremely accommodating - we were a button hole short and Sarah made one herself using flowers from the arch! Felt very chilled in their presence and they were so friendly and approachable. If you want an intimate, eclectic venue where you can create your own wedding in full, we recommend this ten times over.

From our first visit to Netherbyres to the wedding day itself, Sarah & Mike made our entire experience stress free from day one. They honestly couldn't have done more to make our wedding weekend absolutely perfect and I would recommend Netherbyres to anyone getting married soon! Amazing attention to detail whilst also creating the laid back atmosphere we really wanted. Loved having them join the party for a bit too! Wish we could do it all again

We got married in November 2022 at Netherbyres House and had such a fantastic time. Both Mike & Sarah are supportive, fun & generous people and the venue they have created gave us a such an amazing day. When we were looking for a venue, Netherbyres stood out to us both, and we instantly knew we wanted to get married here. The decor is top notch, and the hosting throughout the weekend is on another level - from the food on the Friday night, to the awesome cocktails Mike mixed up for the Saturday. After the initial enquiry, all the way through to the big day, both Sarah and Mike were responsive, helpful & enthusiastic - using their experience to help steer us to the best decisions for the day. They have a range of decor items available, and all the information you need to give to them is clearly communicated each step of the way. Overall, we would not have wanted to have our wedding anywhere else. We just hope some friends have been inspired so we get to go back!
