Enjoyed our stay.It is a lovely, cosy, well set up little lodge, an initial pack of logs for the fire and good broadband. These are minor things but it's a review. Don't expect to walk to the local shop in Coldingham to get the papers etc, there may be a short cut we dont know about but alongbthe road it is about 3.5 miles each way and the road down the hill is windy with no path and regular traffic. The main bedroom has a bed with a heavy frame at both ends . The frame at the foot of the bed in such a small room makes getting around the bed difficult. There are a selection of DVDs for the rainy days when you forgot your book! , but if you fancy a film we'd recommend taking your Firestick, Chrome cast, Roku HDMI stick with you.
