It's been a couple ( or few) years since we were there and the place hasn't changed. Good thing or not ??? Hmmmm, well, it wasn't as clean this time [ which is surprising, concerning you can't check in until 4:00 pm, at which point more than half your day is away anyway. ?? ] Yes, the hot tub is nice, the 2 person sauna is OK but you can't really relax in it. The bed is very comfy ( I slept like a log ) There are a couple of niggling points though : The couch ( I believe ) has seen better days and can be uncomfortable after sitting a while. The 'self catering side' of your stay ?? Well, that's the cheapest knives and forks I've seen ..... the rest of the kitchen accoutrements weren't up to much either. We went away to get 'away from it all and chill' so we didn't want to go out every night for dinner. It's still a nice place to go, although it could do with a bit of a freshening up a bit. Yes the hot tub was great ( a brilliant place to chill and recharge the old batteries) however, ... there are now loads of places ( and a lot nearer where we came from ) advertising getaways with hot tub. We'll probably be back but hopefully it'll make up its "luxury" getaway status by then.
