        DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY|| It is not the original Border Biomass Fuels.That company which I started in 2014 was aggresively seized and the quality, customer service and price points began to go south. The culmination is the latest abysmal and pathetic website. Look at your browser address window. The padlock has an exclamation mark. The site is NOT secure and any details you submit are available to all and anyone. That's how much this lot value your custom

        Ordered kiln dried logs on Wednesday, delivered on Friday. Excellent service, logs a size I can handle but the ultimate was to have them stacked in the log store. Too many to fit in so delightful lady suggested stacking them under the eaves, all beautifully done. All this in pouring rain, just amazingly professional service, thank you.

        I started using Border Biomass Fuels since moving here in May. They are an excellent company. They are helpful and polite and courteous. Actually when I had a hire van to empty, they not only stacked the logs for me but then carried beds and mattresses out and into my house and took them into the bedroom for me. I mean thats going the extra mile. Lovely people. A real pleasure doing business with them. I know more about fuel efficiency and the best way to keep the fire going than Ive ever known in the past.
