Fantastic service from Ross and the Team at Eaglesham Garage. Living over 400 miles away, communication during the sale process was key. Ross was always quick to respond, with accurate information and an honest description, backed up by photos and video. I purchased my Audi A4 from here last year. I was given a 6 month warranty which came and went without any trouble. I have since discovered the car had been accident damaged and badly repaired before the sale to myself. The damage was substantial and had it been declared to the insurer at the time, the car would have been made a Cat D. The damage may or may not have been known by the garage at time of sale, however I was expecting support from the garage when I raised the problem as this means I have overpaid for the car . The car had a shoddy repair to the rear quarter panel, with holes in the welds which have allowed water ingress to the point the audio equipment in the boot space was fried. I'm now left with a hefty repair bill and feeling quite disappointed in the stance of the garage that they're unable to help.
