Having engaged with JSJ to find them enthusiastic hugely helpful and very knowledgeable with their technical information. I was seeking to have underfloor foam insulation installed to which they could supply videos and technical back up which gave me all the assurances i required. With regard to their operatives I had Gary carry out the work. a reassuring individual who just got on with the job extremely efficiently. I would highly recommend this firm with no caveat. Got Icynene in my walls and ceiling space. Makes such a differencemy house is always nice and warm now. Service from JSJ was very very good. They managed to fit me in at short notice, did a great job and then left the place immaculate on their way out. Excellent company to deal with.

Service: underfloor foam insulation Great service, very professional. Jamie and Gary arrived exactly when they said they would, were very knowledgeable, and tidied up after themselves before leaving. We have noticed a big difference already, especially with how uniform the temperature is now throughout the house. Extremely pleased with everything - highly recommend.

JSJ are a fantastic company that I cannot fault. I have been having lots of work carried out in my home and so have had lots of different companies/tradesmen in. Not only did they give the best price by far but Susan has been easy to get a hold of, always providing a speedy reply and knowledgeable advice. Never did I feel like I was being pushed to buy a product but rather getting advice on what is a best fit for my property. When the guys came over to carry out the work they were respectful of our home and paid attention to detail. It was a really really messy job and I was worried about the clean up, but our home was the way we left it. I couldn't have asked for better from anyone on the team. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for not sending a salesman and actually taking the time to answer all my questions and providing us with a warm home.
