He was courteous and professional and took a great deal of care to ensure we understood what he'd suggested and the probable outcome. He arrived on time, did exactly what we asked and charged the agreed rate, leaving everything spotless and tidy as he left. We'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services to others and will definitely call on him again in the future for other jobs.
