Had a great experience with buying from them. There were a couple of bits missing (mats and a part for the parcel shelf) when the car arrived. Car Joy sent them out in the post and they arrived a few weeks later. I would buy from them again

Cant recommend these guys enough, very polite and helpful, great communication. I enquired about the car I wanted on Wednesday evening literally as they were closing, deposit, finance all sorted and car delivered to my door in Nottingham for 10am Friday morning ! Excellent service, absolute pleasure to deal with, Thankyou gentlemen

Great experience. I sent in a finance application on Friday mid-day, got approved same day and had vehicle delivered to my door next morning. Unfortunately the car did have manufacture issues just after 6 days of ownership and was sent back to Volkswagen for repair which will take a month. CarJoy will reimburse my first monthly payment for this inconvenience as a gesture of good will! Fantastic customer service!
