Shambles. Don't rely on them if you book for 7 they won't be there till 7:30. You need the taxi when it's available & not at the time requested. They don't care either.

Be careful to book with them at busy morning times! For me it has been a total (bad) joke. I booked a taxi at 6.20am for 7.50am to catch a train 40 minutes later. I got a message it was dispatched at 7.40 but it never arrived. Operator said it had actually not been dispatched and they couldn't say when it would be. Completely unapologetic, they said I should have booked a time 1h before train (from Rosemount!) so basically it was my fault. Taxi anyway never came. I have never heard back since, even though I didn't cancel booking. I missed the train, the 60 ticket and hours of work as I had to reschedule journey. Avoid if you can.

Driver was excellent! However booking was made days in advance and money held for a 7 seater. On the night no cars showed up. We called and they sent two cars 30 minutes late and we were charged for both.
