Amazing drivers, but extremely long waiting times. Good luck if you arrive during peak times or late at night, particularly on weekends. Update: downgraded to lowest stars as even a year and a half after the last Covid lockdown, they did not hire enough staff to meet the demand. you'll wait 30 min minimum in most cases to get a taxi. You can only blame poor management at this point. If you live in Aberdeen, write to your MP as I would.

Every experience with the cabs has been a pleasant one, drivers are pleasant and the staff really try to get you in a taxi as quickly as possible. However, my last experience was negative. I handed the driver my credit card when we arrived at the destination, and he looked at me and said, "That's rude, but I guess you want to pay by card?" I was really shocked by this. My friend said maybe it was because I didn't say "Here you are sir" or something like that beforehand but to call a customer rude when I didn't say or do anything offensive was quite appalling. Please improve your customer service and be more understanding of your passengers.

If you enjoy waiting in line outside in the cold for 1hr+ for your taxi, then this is the taxi service for you!! absolutely shockingly poor service

Aberdeen got an excellent lounge. The waiting time for your flight is minimum since there are no queues at the check in or security.
