        Awful stood waiting to get in for 10 minutes eventually chased a staff member down. They arrived with a face like thunder and disinterested in customers. Found a seat sat down and waited 25 minutes for our food and drink. The drink came wrong . The service was painful and the food was poor and clearly the management have no idea about custmer service or care. They then stopped serving drinks too busy apparently. Then they stopped serving food. No attempt to stop a rowdy group of men from becoming more rowdy. Overall a waste of money and thoroughly dissappointing.

        Nice place to sit & wait but there is no buffet and you can get only 3 mini dishes, which are just a joke. Quality is below available and for many items you have to pay. So if your hungry go first in a restaurant. There very stingy. There is no good place to work with laptop. The door to the little washroom needs some maintenance, its squeaks disturbingly. Its 18:15 and the last order of the day can be taken Thats short opening times

        Excellent lounge with great food and drink *rewritten* Its such a shame that this lounge has not returned to self service. The only lounge I have been to where you are not trusted to help yourself. You can see by the lack of people using the lounge now, that thw majority are of the same mindset. Disappointing to go from my favourite lounge, to my least favourite since opening....
