        The meal deal was 5 which is absolutely unacceptable, and it was dry. Now my wife just left me because of a dry Mexican bean wrap, thanks WHSmiths.

        The young man refused to help at the till, he pointed us to the self service till. When we needed a bar code for one of the items, he found a wrapped item, when my wife asked him if she could instead have the item he found, he refused saying he needed to keep it for the bar code, but returned it to the shelf. His attitude needs adjusting, this was poor service. Very disappointed in WH Smiths
