Self pay fuel service seems to round up to upper pound. Pump was showing 10.17 but my bank statement shows 11. Be careful!

The Service Department is friendly and always does a good job in keeping my car running well and safely. Provision of a courtesy car is also a boon when my car is being serviced or repaired or having an MOT.

I bought a VW Golf yesterday from J Aitchison (Duns) and had a stress-free service from Jordan. He even arranged delivery to my house and completed the handover - a simple gesture but helped me out no end. My search for a local car took me to Newcastle initially, to Gosforth. I test drove a couple of different cars but came away quite quickly with the impression that the 2nd had car market had changed since the shortage of semi-conductors had impacted new car sales! I saw the Golf online via Auto Trader and called up for more info. As mentioned, Jordan arranged for me to view the car and first impressions were very good. It was prepped for my visit and was clean and tidy, the test drive was simply that - take the keys and have a nice time! To be fair, the car sold itself and on return, we agreed the details and Jordan arranged for a full service, mot and new front brakes - we opted for a warranty too. All told, Id recommend J Aitchison car sales without hesitation for the standard of their cars but also Jordan for making the process so easy.
