We are renovating a property on the Isle of Bute, and unfortunately an unprofessional contractor left us with an unsafe boiler and badly installed leaking central heating system. We had a newly installed slate floor and did not want to have to lift it, but didnt know how to fix the plumbing any other way. We contacted Scott, who came over and quoted for the job, also advising that he could do it without lifting the slate floor. He provided an upfront cost and timeframe for the work. Scott and his boys turned up when they said they would, did a full days work every day and finished the job when he said he would. He replaced the old plastic pipes with new copper ones and installed a new boiler, provided all the necessary installation documentation and warranties. Scott was very pleasant and professional to deal with, his quote was extremely reasonable given the difficulties of the job and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
