        Filthy shop floor and rude staff couldn't care less.

        Small boots store. Basic stock inside , although some shelves were empty. Pharmacy at the back of the store. Nobody operating the front store tills, I had to queue awkwardly at the back amongst lots of people getting their prescriptions. Ok, for daily essentials, but not alot of choices.

        The staff are always very friendly and approachable. The service is generally good, but I have experienced some issues with confusion over prescription orders and delivery. However, the problem has always been rectified and I receive an apology immediately.
