I went with Corrigall Black Estate Agents to sell my late mothers house. Mike McKenna talked me through the entire process and kept me informed and up-to-date every step of the way. He is courteous, polite, professional and I highly recommend him. It made the selling process so much easier with Mr McKenna at Corrigall Black, who goes above and beyond for his clients and I cannot thank him enough. The listing of the house and the photos taken were amazing. Really showed the house off. When we spotted our dream home for sale, we got very lucky to be dealing with Mike McKenna of Corrigall Black. Despite the complexity of purchasing the property from overseas, Mike kept us informed in a very helpful and friendly way. The video tour of the property was great and the purchase completed smoothly. We're so excited about our new house and send huge thanks to Mike for all his help.

Mike McKenna began working with me even before I saw a potential house. I had moved away from the area and wanted to return. Mike was made aware of what I was looking for and let us know when anything that might have met quite specific needs was coming up. He was friendly and welcoming, and at the same time worked with great professionalism. His own interest in home renovating/decorating was helpful as I pondered through different possibilities. The buying process which had the potential to be drought with anxieties was not at all that way, mainly because of Mikes calm and factual way of speaking and looking at things. His knowledge and fondness for the local community was an added inspiration to me in the buying process. Thank you Mike, and Mrs Black for your help in making my move back to Cowal so easy.
