        Joe and Susie Croot went above and beyond what my wife and I had expected on a combination red stag hunt/extended vacation return trip to Scotland in September of 2019. Food, guide, and overall host service there made us feel more like family, than guests. Simply the best!

        Booked a room for my husband via their own website. Was given a booking reference and received e-mail confirmation of the booking. When my husband arrived to check in the whole place was CLOSED! He called the guest house and was diverted to an answer phone where he left his contact number. The owner phoned him back only to tell him that they were in America! She also said that she wouldn't have taken the booking as they were winding down the B&B business and said I must have booked via a booking agency site! She did at least recommend somewhere else nearby that does B&B. DO NOT use any online booking service or indeed their own online booking facility if you want to stay here. The business owners need to update their website as a matter of urgency!!!
