I can't recommend Resolute Claims highly enough; in particular Craig Syme who got Zurich to review their decision not to accept my claim on a critical illness policy. The end result was that Zurich paid. Resolute Claims are very effective at what they do. 5 stars.

Craig has been absolutely amazing from the moment I contacted him regarding a life insurance company that refused to pay out my late husband's life insurance. His advice has helped me move forward and given me the confidence to fight this company for every penny that I'm entitled to. Craig has followed up with emails and phone calls to see how it's all progressing and has continued to be a fantastic support to me and my family. Craig of Resolute Claims has provided an excellent service as our representative in a case against Aviva. This was not an easy case to take on; Aviva were quite adamant they were not going to honour a critical illness policy after I was diagnosed with a fairly rare form of cancer. Craig has been an excellent communicator and a reassuring presence during the whole process. Even after Aviva appealed, it was Craig's determination and professional relationship with the ombudsman that won the day. Thanks Craig. Daniel Gough
