Absolutely 5 stars , nothing was a problem for Craig and his team. The sales girl was amazing really friendly and really knew her stuff, answered all my questions and gave me lots of info. Made to feel welcome from the minute a walked in till the deal was done. Craig kept me updated on everything and went above and beyond to make sure a got the best deal. Will recommend gibbs to all my friends and family. Honest and reliable cant thanks them enough.

The service was amazing, was really worried about returning our van late but a quick call and it was all sorted. Really understanding and always a friendly service! Will be coming back again and again!

Just handed back my second Gibbs' hire but this time had to report a small scratch on a front corner. On the couple of occasions this has happened with major rental companies it's been both a serious documentation song and dance and a financial sting but at Gibbs it was service- and customer-focused. They are absolutely my 'go to' car rental company these days. Thank you!
