So today I went into sub way at Hospital Hill Dunfermline. The wee young girl serving was amazing. A packed shop, multiple orders and she was so so courteous to everyone. She made our complex order to perfection and was unflappable. A very successful person in the making. Well done whoever you are.

Visited today with my daughter. I counted 6 young staff members with 1 serving all others chatting and not acknowledging Customers who are coming in, thrash metal music blaring in the back making it difficult to hear the staff member speaking. I wont be back probably go to Dalgety Bay where the service is much better.
