Placed an order on just eat which was accepted within minutes, I waited over an hour and when I phoned to ask when my food would be here the man started shouting at me down the phone, and would not tell me if I was getting my order or not! The man hung up on me so I phoned back to see if I was getting a refund for my order and he hung up again! Very unhappy to say the least! Never before has anyone been so rude to me, I will not be ordering from there again and would recommend others to go elsewhere for food

Ordered an order for collection but Kamil seemed to think that it was a hoax order. Tried to convince him that it was a genuine order and we would be along to collect in 30 mins. Arrived 35 mins later to find that our order hadn't been started. A really rude and angry man. Will never darken his door again. Learn some manners. What a dreadful way to treat someone who is trying to spend money with you. Popped off to Pizza Hut and manged to get some food with my head still on my shoulders.

Called this evening to place an order for collection. Whilst ordering I was asked if my order was a fake and I had to tell them it wasn't and was told my food would be half an hour. He took my number and 5 minutes later he called back as he didn't believe order was real. 35 minutes later I arrived to collect and my order wasn't even started I was told he was too busy and that he didn't know if I would turn up to collect even though I assured him when he called me back. When I said I was told it would be half an hour he said he had other orders before mine which I understand but if he's unable to cope with orders why keep taking them?!? I was spoken to in a rude and abrupt manner and felt I had no option but to leave which really is a shame as I always order my pizza from here. I don't appreciate having to reassure someone that I'm not a fake order and for them to not even begin to make it. I understand that he had just had an order not be paid for or collected but to question genuine customers again and again and to still not believe them or make order is just rude and bad customer service. I won't be back after being spoken to the way I was. An apology when I arrived to collect would of be appreciated? I won't be back!!!! Very disappointed customer!!!
