        Poor packaging for takeaway food as the vegetables with soy sauce didn't cover well making paper bag broken. But the staff still rudely explained it's not their problem. It's not their first time to have this problem regarding the previous reviews. So, no improvement at all.

        Arrived with table booked, took 20 minutes to deliver drinks with apologies that food would be about 20 minutes waiting time, then told due to delivery orders food would an hour, we left

        Visited tonight with couple of friends who lived in Japan: food was tasty, service was excellent, love the sandstone antiquity of the building juxtaposed to the Abbey. Lovely evening, thank you.
