Subway need to rethink their ordering system. For the second time, went today to the actual shop for food. Stood for half an hour, with lots of others, while numerous online orders were made, and all the while the queue got bigger, to the point where it was almost out the door. No apologies for the wait, and the customer in front of us spoke up and actually said what everyone else was probably thinking. He was told it was a Saturday which is why it was so busy, and they make up orders in order of the time they are received, however my experience was that they were making up online orders in relation to how close drivers were to coming to collect them. Poor experience. Won't be back. There needs to be 2 separate teams, an in store order team and an online one. Otherwise, why not just make it an online company, if the actual customers in the shop aren't a priority anymore? Corporate greed, to the detriment of customer service. To wait for half an hour and then be given jalapenos when I specifically said I didn't want them, was the final nail in the coffin!

I think evie and katelyn need a raise. this subway experience is been delicouios without it.

We come here quite often and Evie and Katelyn serve us quite good customer service. They make beautiful subs the best chicken bites and everybing else. They deserved a raise for sure

Staff dont seem to care about customer service, tried to use my rewards app to redeem a side, they couldnt get it to work, told me there was nothing they could do, my food went cold while they tried and they forgot my sauce for my side. Seemed in a rush to get home, wouldnt go back now.

Ordered food and it didnt arrive yet says its arrived. Really unhappy with the services here as every time I order theres always an issue !
