Three Items
Firstly The Children - polite, friendly and enthusiastic. They were prepared for my visit and know why they are at school.
Secondly The school is well organised with every teacher working with their children and doing what they planned. Lots of work in the classroom and a general atmosphere of industry without stress.
Thirdly The staff - The head teacher runs a good ship and her staff are warm and welcoming. The "SHOUT OUT BOARD" in the staffroom made me think about what good practice I would SHOUT OUT about. It is a generalisation to say the British people are not good at giving and receiving compliments - The "SHOUT OUT BOARD" helps overcome this. I felt privileged to be able to write my opinions there.
