        A wonderful pharmacy. The prescription wait is far less, than others. I must say it has changed, over the last year or so. The counter assistance could be friendlier, although I wouldnt knock a point off for this. One of the lady pharmacist went out her way, on a couple of occasions to kindly accommodate me. Its also very clean and modern

        I just want to pass on my eternal thanks to Willow Pharmacy. I am a hemodialysis patient who has just tested positive for Covid-19. I need a strong medication for a totally different condition and cannot, for self isolation, reasons pick up my repeat prescription. The lady I talked to got their driver to drop this off to me within an hour. Thank you. Chris

        Fantastic pharmacy. Always extremely helpful, efficient and professional and very quick to deliver medications. Delivery drivers also brilliant. Willow go over and above to be helpful. Best pharmacy in Dunfermline. Would not use any other pharmacy

        The medicine prescribed by the hospital was nil stock due to manufacturers issues. Our own doctors at Millhill found an alternative product and Willow pharmacy had it ready for us the next day. A complimentary pairing producing a great service to us. Great job.
