I have received a fantastic and helpful service from Spex Direct. I wanted new lenses in a couple of pairs of spectacles and they were more than happy to accept my current prescription. When other local opticians were asked for a similar service I received a fairly awkward and uncooperative attitude. I am delighted with my renewed glasses and reasonable price, and cannot recommend this company more highly.

Excellent service, eye test done at 11am and phone call to pickup glasses at 4:30 same day, brilliant, Staff very polite and professional and prices very reasonable, will definitely buy my purchases here in the future after some bad experiences with the high street brands. Thanks

The staff at this shop could not be more helpful and once you have bought your glasses the after care is superb. I would highly recommend Spex Direct five star service and prices.

It's like a old fashion family business. They seem to really care, and take time to look after you. It's a pleasure to visit knowing the have taken the necessary safety measures. They are cheaper than the bigger chains, but also have large range to suit all pockets. You are treated as an individual, not a customer passing through. Been with them several years would highly recommend. And as on industrial park, easy free parking.
