Absolutely shocking service, spent over 2500 for hearing aids 4 years ago, been faulty since day one and they are stating that it is in full working order. I have been in touch with the store, managers and head office still no resolution, I mean they dont even turn on after you put in a new battery. If you have loved ones looking for hearing aids stay clear from here, they will do whatever they can to sell you the product but then after they are not interested in resolving issues or they will turn a blind eye and state they are working when they clearly are not. Now left with hearing aids I cant even use and back to square one looking for another set but with having this bad experience I dont want to have to go through this again with anyone who sells hearing aids. Spent my hard earned money with specsavers for faulty hearing aids, I feel like I have literally been robbed by them.

(Writing this for my husband). Mistake was made with my eye test. Didn't find this out until after having 2 pairs of glasses made. One of which were my sunglasses. Glasses were hopeless so went back to wearing my old ones. My wife persuaded me to complain. I had a retest and the prescription was totally different! Got one pair of glasses replaced to the new prescription but they refused to do my sunglasses which are no good to me now through no fault of my own. Pretty poor customer service in my opinion. Won't be back I'm afraid.
