Mark at Mortgage Guru was amazing. Not only did Mark deal with the stress and hassle of searching for a good deal, he found me the best deal on the market. A number of estate agents tried to beat his deal, but simply could not. Secondly, I had a number of issues buying a property, and rest assured, my mortgage was not one of them! Definately worth the competitive rates and I would definitely recommend.

Mark Louca has been amazing. He totally engages with his clients. He explains in great detail the actions he is taking, keeps you updated, does not use gibberish when talking with clients who have no knowledge of the mortgage application process. Oh did I add he has the patience of a saint We highly recommend Mark for all your mortgage and insurance requirements.

I had a pretty complex (i thought) remortgage requirement and from the minute I called Mark to discuss it he understood exactly what was required and put me right at ease. Hes there at the end of the phone, night and day, evenings and weekends to answer any and all queries with a wealth of experience which made me feel very confident about the whole process. Mark was really great through the whole process. He even locked in a lower rate early for me through being proactive! I would recommend Mark to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. He was really helpful and made things very clear. First time buyer.
