I first contacted Neil almost a year ago and from the very first minute he was responsive, straightforward and incredibly easy to deal with. He knows the mortgage market inside out and his advice and recommendations were invaluable to us. With lockdowns and delays everything took longer than expected with the build of our property and never once was it a problem for Neil. We are finally in our property and loving our new home all thanks to the great work of Neil and his team. Thank you so much guys! Can't recommend highly enough !!

Very professional ! I have got a challenging condition for mortgage against timeline where my previous broker didnt seem to care too much and its cost me valuable time and Im nowhere where I should be (even though I was repeating customer and recommended at least 20 people who went for mortgage to them ) Now - I met Neil and he took in the case even knowing the complexity of the case where it requires lot more attention . And super fast responding with any correspondence. Im glad I found him and hopefully he will be able to help us .so I think for anyone that want a mortgage advisor actually do care about their client Neil is the best guy to go to . Thanks Neil for your help , however Im not out of the water yet and will update the outcome later but regardless hes doing the best it can be done from his position Syed and kerryann :)

Neil is an excellent Mortgage Advisor. Extremely responsive, super clear and gets you the deal that suits you the best. Particularly good at explaining complex financial information! I think he's really reasonably priced too for the amount of work he puts in too - he's literally there to answer any question you have whenever you need. Used his services during the pandemic and it honestly couldn't have been smoother from his end. Will be recommending Neil Peattie until the end of time to everyone that needs a mortgage!
