Phone came back with more faults than originally went with and the shop wanted me to pay even more money to fix the faults that they made in the first place

I took my phone to this shop as phone wasn't keeping charge he took 20 to clean and fix it . A few days later my phone was charging very slowly. I opened the back of my phone and discovered there was a piece of cardboard holding the battery in tighter. When I removed the cardboard my phone stopped charging altogether. I went back down to the shop and he denied putting any cardboard in back of my phone.he asked if I wanted a new part ordered for 55 I told him no thanks I will just buy a new phone . I checked online how to fix it and u can buy the self fix parts for 10. So it costs 20 for a piece cardboard does it mate? Phone been fixed for half the price,sold it, and bought new Samsung. Terrible customer service. Aviod this store everyone
