Awful customer services - arranged a viewing at a property and no one showed up. Called the head office and was told someone would call me straight back which never happened. Went online and found that the property had already been sold STC. If this is the way you do business then I think lessons in customer services and communication are required.

Arranged a viewing which went well and Carol was lovely! But to find a property marketed as a 4 bedroom and turns out to be 3 and a diningroom ( glass door) is not really good practice .
