Staff member was phenomenal. I had a lot of questions/requirements when looking for a new pram. My 9 month old was also crawling around and was needing fed. They were so accommodating around my daughter & my never ending questions. They emailed me details for different sets so I had records, letting me walk the different prams around, folding them up & down over & over again so I could see how to do it. Was a great experience.

Excellent service today from the owner. I went in looking for an extended rear facing car seat to fit my car with no isofix and short seat belts, half expecting to have to buy a new car. Alan(?) Was so helpful, even though the shop was very busy. Came to fit and teyher the seat to my car straight away even though it was chucking it down. Highly recommend. Had very comfortable nappy changing services and even a spare nappy for us! Also some beautiful prams in the showroom.

We bought a car seat from them on a back holiday deal. It arrived very quickly. The stitching started coming away (not their fault) I contacted them and they sent out a replacement shoulder pad very quickly. Cannot recommend enough, great service and always friendly and helpful

Had a car seat consultation and fitting with Leanne today - she was super knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect seat for my daughter. After being quite anxious about car seats for a while, it was great to find a shop with market-leading ERF seats. Thanks again, I will be recommending you to all new parents I come across.
