Don and the team were great throughout, from initial enquiry, to providing useful advice and helping us choose the right stove. Pricing was fair and lead time suited us perfectly. The installation team did a first rate job in sub-zero temperatures! Highly recommended.

        Very pleasant experience after visiting showroom today. Fire being fitted at end of this month so just needed query answered. Happy smiling faces from the 2 assistant who cldnt be more helpful and reassuring.

        Showroom staff were excellent and very knowledgeable. We were replacing an old gas fire. From the measuring up, done by Don, to the fitting by Jim and Jason, everything went smoothly and to a high standard. Would highly recommend.
