Stevie, Greg and Sam were efficient and friendly from the outset. Protective covers laid throughout and work commenced straight away. Work involved taking out existing shower tray and screen and replace with new. The finished job is extremely well done and no damage caused to the surrounding tiles or walls. Best Plumbers in Fife! I contacted them by email and got a response the following morning from Tracey in the office. We arranged a date and time to visit that suited us and when the date came, Greig arrived on time, diagnosed the faults with our combined boiler, explained the process of renewing all the radiators, moving some radiators and removing others. He measured up and we recieved a written quote that evening. The price was very competitive and went ahead. On the day of the installation the guys arrived, put down dust sheets, fixed the problems, kept us informed and even turned their hand to other small plumbing jobs that we forgot to mention (changing outside tap etc). There was also no pressure to buy all our new 'appliances' through them, they happily let us purchase the stuff we wanted and they fitted it. All was done and dusted by early afternoon and the house was left clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services - small quality local business, great value for money, polite and trustworthy guys, had a good laugh and the job cost what they said it would with no hidden extras.
