I was referred to Naveen from my health insurance and he really took the time to understand my needs and devise a plan to help me regain mobility in my knee. Rather than just focusing on my knee I feel Naveen looked holistically at the whole person and provided great, wide ranging advice. Id recommend him to friends and family and if I need physio in the future I will definitely be asking my provider to refer me to him. When I visited him he provided appointments outside of typical business hours which was excellent for fitting appointments in around work commitments.

I was referred by my health insurance to see Naveen after a fall on the stairs at Christmas. He has been incredibly helpful throughout my treatment and provided me with a wide variety of exercises to aid my recovery. I would definitely recommend his physio practice to anyone requiring treatment - Naveen has been a big help in my recovery! Cheers Naveen

I was referred to Naveen through my health insurance programme at work and was glad I was. He diagnosed my issue and explained how he could help and told me what I had to do to help myself. I have seen an improvement in my symptoms in the short time he has been treating me and would recommend him as an excellent physio. He is also a lovely guy who has time to listen , understand and treat you. Top service and very much recommended.

Naveen was great. Friendly welcome, injury diagnosis and explanation. Good recovery plan with the extra mile service including follow up emails with exercise plans and follow up check in texts. Price is more than reasonable for the service received. Will and already have recommended to friends. Thanks Naveen.

My ailment (painful knee) was viewed, tested and examined then the problem was explained to me in plain English. I left 'fully' understanding what was wrong with the joint - and with a list of exercises which have made a big difference. I even got a call after two weeks asking about progress. I'm not easily impressed, but I can honestly recommend Thistle very highly.
